Bliss House Theme Restaurant

Celebrated  my belated with SheauWei at Bliss House Theme Restaurant yesterday.
Saw a few post on this restaurant and I find that the place is beautiful so I decided to try the place there. :)



When we went in the restaurant, we were amazed by the beautiful floral decoration inside the restaurant.
The ambiance is pretty good.
Not much people when we went over because it was close to 3pm already.
The staffs was really friendly and attentive too. :D
They allowed us to move around the place and take photos and they also offered to help Sheauwei and I to take photos together! ^^











After taking some photos, we were told that our food is being served.
So we put down our camera and enjoy the meal first. :)

Because we feel full after our main, we decided to go around taking pretty photos while waiting for the food to digest a bit in our stomach before we eat our dessert. :D

Overall experience there was good.
Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful.
As for the food, I think that its okay to me.
The mushroom soup was very thick.
Though I'm not really a fan of mushroom but I think its okay.
The seafood pasta is good too and they gave me many clams which I ended up wasting it because I don't eat clams. D;
I should tell them to remove the clams in future when I order any seafood pasta.
The dark chocolate cake is not bad but I still prefer the one at Flutes at the Fort.

Happy Meet-up!

After 3 months since our last meet up, last Saturday was our first meeting up with my dear in 2013.
How pathetic~
I guess she was really busy for the past month.
Well, better be late than never meet up right.!

Went for our lunch at Plaza Singapura.
I wanted to try out the Bijin Nabe (美人锅) at Tsukada Nojo but the queues seems no ending. Sigh~
Just gotta blame the restaurant for having a small capacity of seats.
Oh and we also saw a note stating that Bijin Nabe (美人锅) served after 5pm.
Therefore, we head opposite to Nana's Green Tea to settle our lunch.
Well, one day I will try Bijin Nabe and then I'll review it. ;)

So its our first experience at Nana's Green Tea.
I was hesitating whether to try this or not because the drink menu are all green tea.
Not that I don't drink green tea but I haven tried green tea with milk so they all look kind of scary to me.. Haha..

And I love the one that I choose for myself, Matcha Choc Latte.
The sweetness from the chocolate syrup help to sweeten up the Matcha.
Didn't know this combination can taste so heavenly.


Sheau wei had Donburi.
Which she didn't really like because the mayonnaise sauce is too much.
After eating a few mouthful, she got sick of it already..


I had Chicken Teriyaki Don. It was not bad.
The teriyaki sauce is nice.
The chicken is okay too.
Totally forgot to tell the waiter that I wanted the egg to be hard-boiled because I am not a fan of half-boiled egg. Haha..







After our full lunch, we went shopping.
Brought her to Jrunway and my dear girl bought a few rings.
She super love rings and will wear it daily unlike me..
I bought a few but few days later, I don wear it anymore. LOL~

Then we continue to shop at Forever 21 at 313@Somerset and then to H&M.
Both of us got a few clothings to add into our wardrobe. :)

Head over to Shaw Center to have our dinner at Tonkichi.


Both of us had Tonjiru Udon.
The soup is tasty and I almost finish drinking the soup.

After dinner, we walked back to Plaza Singapura to look for Boyfriend as he headed over.
Asked him to send Sheauwei home too. :)

And and hopefully the Seoul trip shall confirm soon!

Yomenya Goemon @ The Star Vista

Decided to meet up with SheauWei at Buona Vista to check out the new mall - The Star Vista.
The mall is not air-conditioned and is outdoor but every shops are air-conditioned.
There are many new dining restaurants!
And almost every restaurants have long queues.
I guess there were to many people patronize the new malls or the seats at the restaurants are very limited. D;

So anyway, after deciding which restaurant to dine, we settled down at Yomenya Goemon.
It is a Japanese restaurants but sells spaghetti.
They have a wide range of spaghetti to choose.
From Japan style to Cream sauce to Tomato sauce, etc
We had the dessert set which includes miso soup, salad, a regular size spaghetti, drink and dessert.
Total bill is around $50 which I feel that its quite worth it as the portion of the spaghetti is big enough for us that we couldn't finish up all. LOL.

Yay! Chocolate cake make us happy!
The chocolate cake is quite decent but I still love the one at Flutes at the Fort most!





Always enjoy the time we spent together.
Really looking forward to go to Korea together next year! :D
The thoughts only make me sooooo excited!

Monthly Meetup

Outfit and makeup on Saturday!

Monthly meet up with Sheauwei on Saturday! ^~^
I wanted to bring her to try the brunch menu at Orchard but there were too many people already so we dropped the idea. :(
Shall try it next month and make reservation 2 weeks earlier!

So I brought her to try Marukin Ramen.
I had almost the same thing that I ate the first time.







So after our lunch, we headed down to Orchard Cineleisure to watch TED.


TED is really cute when the movie just started.
After that, it kinda spoil the image of a cute teddy bear when he grew up.
Kept talking filthily. -_-"
No wonder its M18. Kids really cannot watch. LOL!

After movie, we went to H&M and I bought 2 tops and a pair of comfy footwear.
Then we had our dinner then I parted with her while I went to meet BF for desserts at Wafflelicious because I had a sudden craving for some sweet stuff~




Had my usual Chocolate Frenzy. :3
I should have asked them not to put chocolate chips.

Fact about me: I love chocolate ice cream, chocolate cakes, chocolate cream and chocolate bar with biscuit (Kit kat) but I never like chocolate chips.
I don't like the feeling of something stuck in my teeth.
I am fussy like that. Zzz

That's about all..
I know I am boring with my topic. :(

Channel U Facebook Friend Event

I won a place for the Channel U Facebook Friend Event last Saturday (30 Jun 2012).
Thank you Channel U for giving me this opportunity. :D
So I asked Sheauwei along to join this event with me!
This 2 hours event was to learn some makeup techniques from Sarah Jane (SJ) and also to get to know more of the Bare Escentuals products.
I was surprised that the products can give such a good coverage.


Event took place at Sephora Ion Orchard.


Spot the make up artist Sarah Jane doing an interview with Channel U.

SJ helped 3 models to do a makeover.
The products she uses had a good coverage.
Especially the concealer which came in powder form!
Usually it comes in cream or liquid form but this is powder so I was surprise!
Another product is the primer, the texture is really soft and silky.

After SJ finished the makeover with the models, we get to try their products at the makeup counter. :O

We were so hungry as we skipped breakfast.
