Channel U Facebook Friend Event

I won a place for the Channel U Facebook Friend Event last Saturday (30 Jun 2012).
Thank you Channel U for giving me this opportunity. :D
So I asked Sheauwei along to join this event with me!
This 2 hours event was to learn some makeup techniques from Sarah Jane (SJ) and also to get to know more of the Bare Escentuals products.
I was surprised that the products can give such a good coverage.


Event took place at Sephora Ion Orchard.

SJ helped 3 models to do a makeover.
The products she uses had a good coverage.
Especially the concealer which came in powder form!
Usually it comes in cream or liquid form but this is powder so I was surprise!
Another product is the primer, the texture is really soft and silky.

After SJ finished the makeover with the models, we get to try their products at the makeup counter. :O

The event ended at around 1PM.
We took a group photos with the others. ^~^

After the event, we went to have our brunch at Santouka Ramen.
We were so hungry as we skipped breakfast.

While waiting for our food, we took a photo with our gift set from the event.
Hehe..
This is really a good gift set and we're loving it!

After lunch, we went for shopping for a while before I left to meet boyfriend~ :D
I really had a great Saturday that day~

Rainbow Eyeshadow

I did an inspired rainbow eyeshadow makeup from Michelle Phan video below.
I think I a quite a good job just that the color is not very strong in the photos.
Love the colors on my eyes~




Dap the yellow color in the centre first.
Dap the blue color in the inner corner of the eyes.
Use a brush and brush it on the outer corner of the eyes and the crease.
Use the pencil liner to draw the inner waterline.


In Michelle Phan's Video, she uses a blue eyeliner to draw the lower eyelid.
I didnt have a blue eyeliner so I used this Majolica Majorca Jeweling Pencil Eyeliner BE208.

Golden Rosy Look from Pony's Book

Today I decided to try out the Golden Rosy Look from Pony's Book!
Its a spring look.
I really like the color match - golden and dark pink.



I didnt really use the exact product that she used.
I use my 88 color palette to create the look.


You can see the colors on my eyes really clearly in this photo. Can you?





Actually I should use a darker shade of pink so that it will be more obvious in the photos.
You cant really see some clearly because of the sunlight.
However in real life, the colors look okay on my eyes.

Dressed Up

Usually i dressed up only on weekends unless there's event on weekdays!
Of cos when girls dress up, narcissistic shot of ourselves!

Nowadays i really love playing the iPhone camera apps.
It really have nice effect and i really love it!


Hmm I loved how i dressed that day because its kinda different style.

Loving this printed top.
And I think the girl is cute. HAHA!
The material is thin and loose.
Very comfortable.




This is a half singlet and i really like it.
Finding something like this very long.
I bought in 2 colors - Black and White.
And it really goes will with anything.






Finally bought a leather jacket.
Been wanting to get this for the longest time.
I like wearing this kind of style.

I also bought a short which is leopard print. =D

I got a few great buy in TW.
Be it clothing, makeup stuff..
I will slowly post it up for you.
I know i haven post anything on my Taipei trip this year.

OC Girl Contest

Parted with BF early noon as he's meeting his friend.
So i was bored~
Then i went Orchard Central alone to join the OC Girl Contest which started like months ago~
Its held every Sunday, 1pm - 6pm.
Last day is on 31 October.
Its complimentary makeover.
Which girl doesnt love it?
Anyway, I just to join for fun. :p

I had my makeup on so the lady help to add eyeshaow on my eyes and some touch up.
Also had my hair done by essensuals.
The girl who done my hair is very friendly~!
But they shocked me with my hair~


Its the first time i got my hair perm like this.
Looked more mature right..


I think clip it up is better~


The eye makeup.


I am not thinking that i am so pretty as to i could win the contest or what.
I just love to see more looks of myself.
And its sort of my first makeover.
岁月不留人啊~
