In-house Hai Di Lao Steamboat

We decided to have an in-house steamboat over at Lynn's place today!
Veron bought the Hai Di Lao Soup base online so we we got to try it.
Met up with them at SSC in the noon to buy the ingredients then back to Lynn's house to prepare the food.
Start eating at 2pm+..


The soup base includes the above.
Surprisingly without pork bone or chicken bone, the soup is still very tasty.

I guess we bought quite a lot of food and I was really full that I didn't even eat dinner.

We wanted to watch a horror movie but in the end was distracted by the dog, our phones, etc..
Ended up, the movie was playing but didn't fully watch it. Haha~
Anyway, it was great gathering today.
We should have more of this~!

Xmas with Lovlies~

Met up with my girls for Xmas feast at Crystal Jade Korean BBQ at .
First time trying the food there.
Its just like steamboat.
However the food choice is not as much.
Cost us $28 per pax.

After the food, we went to the top floor at NEX to take photos!

My xmas present to them are delivery of a bouquet of flowers to their office.

Impromptu Meet Up!

Didnt plan on this meet up with Ver and Steph!
It just sort of happened. HAHA!
Oh well, I loveeee event happen like that as i wont feel that it just another Thursday, ya know? :)

Met them up after work and we went to Nihon Mura at Hougang Plaza for our dinner.
Is it all the stores name 'Suki Sushi' has changed to 'Nihon Mura'?
So anyway, we choose the buffet menu with free flow of salmon sashimi!!
Best for those who are salmon sashimi lover!

The amount of food they ordered are scary to me! HAHA!
I am not a big eater and a lot of food that i dont eat, so to them I am wasting money eating buffet! -.-
Anyway, its ok wat~ I still eat salmon sashimi so i don really waste money okay~ ;)

After filling our stomach, we went over to Kbox for singing session.
Sang till amount voiceless because the song that we picked are of high pitch, need to scream kind. LOL!
Nonetheless, still enjoyed even though its just a short day. :)

PARTY once in a while

Last week Friday, after my keyboard lesson, I went partying with my girls at PH.
Haven been there for about half a year already.
Kinda had fun.
I think i'm old and i cant really hold my liquor.
2 free glass of bourbon coke, 1 jug of bourbon coke shared with Steph and 2 Tequila shots got me high already. -.-
Luckily, no vomitting this time round. LOL!

Oh yeah, I danced despite having muscle ache on both my legs.
Because on the day before, which was on the Thursday, i had fire drill at my workplace building.
Walked down by stairs from 33th floor to the first floor.
Seriously, i really didnt know this causes muscle ache and it ached for about 4days!

So back to the main topic, total of about 7 ppls (including me) in our group that day.
2 of them are Veron and Steph whom i know, the other girls are Veron's colleagues.
So i got to know her friends! Thats so cool~ LOL!
Most of the time i sticked with Steph only.

Just Wednesday...

Feeling very bored at work.
Since lunch time, i was left alone in the office.
I took a photo around.

Luckily, i have my girls to email chat with me to help me pass time.

After work, i met up with Veron.
Had our dinner, then she went to get her stuff.
Stopped by manicure shop at Bugis Street Lvl2 so we did it.


Loving my new colours.
But hate their express manicure as i dont think they do a good job.

After which, we slacked at Iluma subway.
Chit chat, gossip.. watever..
I cant remember how long we haven do this already..
Anyway, backed home at around 1030pm~

Drinking not Partying

Was invited to go drinking at Boiler yesterday.
Went quite early at 10pm.

今朝有酒今朝醉...
Seriously, i did not drink until like this before..
I just didnt control bah..
Why do people get drunk and they will get emo?
Emotions just really couldnt really be controlled at that time.
And worst still with all the stress and bottled up feelings made us cried.
Maybe its just as we said 解酒消愁.
Well, at least maybe we got better after crying and saying things out. I guess..
However, i am not saying that this is the best way to cure.
Once in a while will do.. :p

Another round of Ip Man 2

I didnt sleep at all the other night.
Felt very very very tired.
Like a dead zombie at work.
I duno how i manage to survive throughout the day.
让我佩服自己一下吧！
Hate having insomnia..
Moreover having the 1st day of period. WTF!

Anyway after work, i met up with BF.
Bathe and had dinner at his house.
Hais..
Nowadays i prefer eating his mum's cooking rather the cooking at my house..
Not saying that grandma's cooking is bad.
Just that the food is not really the food that i eat and its oily. :'(
However, I love when she cooked pork chop with tomato sauce.
Well, my mum is getting lazy and she's not cooking!

Hmm back to topic, received called from Veron that she's reaching BF place.
So we went down to meet her and friend.
Together, we went to Ehub for movie.
Yes, its my fault for seeing the wrong words i guess.
I tot we were watching Iron Man 2 but its turns out its Ip Man 2 again. LOL!

2nd time watching it, the story and the scene become more clearer to me.
Its still very nice.
But i get more excited when watching with the SGH gang, maybe because Clara was beside watching with me.
Hahaha, in another words i am saying my BF is a woodblock! WAHAHAHA~~ ;p

After watching the movie, we just went back home.
And i fell aslp like a dead log.

One Saturday...

Woke up like noon time..
Quickly prepare then headed down to school because i had appointment with Jennifer.
BF accompanied with me as well.

OH WELL~~
School is starting of 3 MAY~
2 classes per week - Monday & Friday.
Aug will be Exam period already.
JIAYOU JIAYOU bah!
Hope i can finish the course and get a degree which is estimated at Aug 2011. :)



After which, planned to go ECP for cycling so we took MRT to Paya Lebar then cabbed down.
Veron and friends was there, at Bedok Jetty fishing.





Its been sucha a long time since i went to ECP.
Luckily the weather was fine, not raining.
And its the first time BF and I went cycling together at ECP.
Our to-do-together-list is kinda long.
Have to slowly fulfill them together oh!

Anyway, we rented ourselves a bicycle before finding Veron at the Jetty.
Chatted with her awhile, then we continued cycling to somewhere near Changi..
We saw few aeroplanes going back to the airport.

We returned our bicycles to the rental shop and walked back to find Veron.
While waiting for friends to finish with the fishing matter.
We camwhored, chatted, and played VS monopoly with BF on itouch. Haha~
Yeah~ multitask!



From ECP, we also saw fireworks at the Esplanade side.
I got to know that it was the opening of The Helix!
I shall go there and take a look soon.
And i haven go Marina Barrage yet! GRRR!! *stares at BF* LOL!

After which, drove off to Kovan to have our dinner together before we headed back home~ :)
