My friends and I signed up bread making class at a CC on Saturday.
Total of 4 classes in the month of March.
The class taught us to make healthy bread.
For this first lesson, we made Chrysanthemum Goji Bun and Flaxseed Bun.
We also got a bit of hands-on like rolling the dough, glazing with egg, etc, during the session.
We gotten the recipe from the teacher and we followed what's needed to be mixed to form a dough.

From a big dough, separated into small portion and left it to ferment

After glazing the top with egg and leave it to bake, the outcome!
The process of making the Flaxseed bun.
It is actually almost the same as the first one.
Just that the ingredient are different.
The teacher is very kind to us to re-heat the breads he made the previous night for us to eat.
The left one which I ate was Cheese with Ham bread and the right one was Coconut bun.
They both taste really nice! :)
I'm looking forward to the next class!
